After a big flood destroys the once cheerful Ukholo, young Ushuru and his friends are left worried. They silently wonder whether their homes will ever be the same again. Their homes are covered by the floods, hospitals and roads are destroyed, their school has been washed away and the thriving market is no more. Soon, they discover something amazing. The people of Ukholo can rebuild with the help of the taxes collected by their good government.
Ushuru learns how everyone’s small contributions come together to rebuild Ukholo. From new hospitals, classrooms, markets and roads, Ukholo rises again.
